Interview
I received an application through my schools recruitment office. I received a invitation to interview over the phone for about a week later. I showed up dressed up, interviewed with a couple of the managers who were cool. Took something like a 25 question skills test, and then a tour of the Datacenter. I received a call with my offer about 2 hours after my interview. Time between offer and first day was around 2 weeks with drug and background test.
