NFON Business Operations Analyst interview questions

My CV had got selected through a recruiter and was selected for direct face to face interview. The face to face interview was along with the Business Operations Director and Team Leader. It went well with normal interview questions as I had almost all the experience which was asked for and my detailed reference of the company through its financial report made the interview process go well. They looked really impressed of my replies. However after 1 week I received a reply through the recruiter that NFON preferred a low profile and less experienced person and thus it was disappointing.
