NHBC Analyst interview questions

An application directly on their site, with a recruiter reaching out after a week of the application. Then a teams call with a panel of two, going through questions and a brief reference to my CV. Was told by the panel there would be an update by the end of the following week. However, this was not done. When following up with the recruiter, they ignored my message. I understand that there was likely a better fit for the role, But it would have been nice to at least get an update on the application rather than being ignored with no update. Feels somewhat unprofessional.
