Telephone interview first with someone from their HR dept. Once accepted, I was invited to an open evening to view the office, meet the managers, quick F2F interview with Geography and anatomy tests

Over Teams it was a panel of 2. Felt like I was getting laughed at by the interviewer the whole time. It was 3 out of 4 weekends working so wasnt for me anyway. They were late to the interview

Asked what I knew about the ambulance service, gave me a scenario about a child vomiting etc and what i would do. 2 competency questions about teamwork and how you contributed. Why do you want to work for nhs 111.
