I applied directly for the position and progressed through multiple interview stages conducted entirely over Zoom. The first round was with HR and the Head of HR, where they likely assessed my background, experience, and overall fit for the company. After successfully passing that stage, I was interviewed by the portfolio team, which was more technical and in-depth, focusing on my investment knowledge, quantitative skills, and ability to contribute to the team. The entire process was conducted virtually, making it efficient yet thorough.
