I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at NM Management & Associates (Fresno, CA) in Dec 2017
Interview
The interview was a very easy and casual process. I typically get extremely nervous with interviews however, Noel was extremely easy going and genuinely interested in taking the time to get to know my goals and my work history. He explained to me what would be required of me and he told me a little bit about his past. It’s humbling to know that some CEO’s are still human and care about their company and it’s employees!

I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at NM Management & Associates in Jan 2017
Interview
A little suspicious. In most job interviews, especially sales interviews, it's about selling yourself to the company. At this interview it was completely the opposite. They try to sell you on why this is a wonderful business and how you can be a millionaire if you work hard. I expressed my concerns about the shadiness of it all on the third interview and was told they have to do a background check. I have a good background, nothing there but of course they didn't call me. I'm thinking it was because something was up with them. I half expect that if I show up randomly that the office will be abandoned and nothing there. I would recommend going somewhere else
