The first phone call covered work style, why I was applying for the job, and how I might be able contribute to the company. The Zoom call with the team managers covered my resume/portfolio, problem-solving skills and how I could contribute to the role that they created. No specific evaluation assessment or anything, just a casual conversation for both situations.
