Really great interview process and kept update along the way.
1 - Applied for the role via the website and wanted to hear back from the Recruitment Team.
2 - Received the call and interviewed a week later.
3 - Interviewed held on Teams, with 3 members on the panel. Interview consisted of a run through my CV and history, delivery a presentation around a set topic by the company, followed by competency based questions. At the end, I had the opportunity to learn about the company and ask any questions that I had. The company was forth coming with all information and set timescales for the rest of the process.
4 - Received the offer call approx. 4 working days after my interview.
5 - Started with the company two weeks later. During my notice period, the company kept in regular contact with me, sent all the forms I needed to complete, shared a calendar of events of what the first 3 weeks would look like. Even my manager checked in with me over the weekend before starting to confirm everything had been done and if anything else was needed.
