1. Got an email for setting up phone screening.
2. Phone screening with Biz tech manager, Mike Garcia.
3. Face to face interview(almost 4 hours long) having 3 rounds. First round with Manager, second and third round with senior analysts of the team.

Question 1
Phone screening - Questions on resume, work exp, projects.
Face to face - First round: Questions on writing test cases/plans for a given scenario(bank statement payment). Second round: UML diagram exercise on Amazon item ordering process. Third round: Case study on feasibility of starting a high speed rail system between Baltimore and DC.

Interview
i applied through handshake, and received an email from the HR regarding a aptitude test. After finishing the test, I waited one week to hear the response back for a scheduled phone interview.
It was an interesting Interview process, well spanned out in terms of time and processes. The team eases your tension and allows you to focus on giving your best. The interview rounds range from system process diagrams, case studies, etc.
