Great interview process, great people. Very open and informative about the performance expectations and compensation structure. You meet with recruiter, director and CEO. Virtual interviews to begin and they fly you to UT for training.

Interview
Very sketchy. Never sounded like upper level managers were very comfortable with the direction of the company. Rumors of the CEO being difficult definitely scared many candidates. Job was offered on site with a start date but failed to get the background papers from HR. Waited a few days to to reach out and was told the HR guy was gone but that they didn't think I was interested because they hadn't heard from me. They don't have their stuff together
