The process began with a screening call where they asked about my experience in the field and expressed genuine enthusiasm for my background. I was then invited to a panel interview with several department heads and was told to expect a follow-up with next steps. Unfortunately, I never received any further communication. For an organization that publicly promotes professionalism and transparency in hiring, the lack of follow-up was especially disappointing. I reached out a few weeks later to check in but did not receive a response.
