Basically, if you have the slightest bit of interview experience, you would be able to do well in this one. You may not get selected because a lot of people apply, but if you look decent and like you belong, ace your interview, you will do great, and you will probably get hired. Behavioral and Situational questions are asked and they are relatively easy, especially if you have experience in any field that involves customer service.
