Process was overly extensive. First a screening call from HR, then in-person interview that took 3 hours, meeting with 6 different people. Then I had to come back again to meet with some senior managers, then a writing test.

Question 1
The writing test was unexpected - for an entry level job, and after I had already met with so many other people!
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at NSF in Oct 2019
Interview
The process consisted of one phone interview. The experience was negative for me because the recruiter did not have my resume on hand while conducting the interview, lost signal mid-call (and I was the only one who apologized), and interrupted me/seemed to be rushing to finish the interview. Wasn't too surprised when I received an automated rejection email shortly after the call. Given that I seemed to be lacking in experience based on the questions asked, I feel that if the recruiter had viewed/asked for my resume before the call, we wouldn't have wasted each other's time.

Question 1
What is your experience with drafting company publications/communications?
Interview process was longer than I expected. Four rounds of interviews with multiple people each time. Very nice, laid back people though, which was a definite plus. Would recommend visiting the website and really having a good feel for the business before going in for an interview.

Question 1
What about NSF's mission do you identify with or like?
I applied online. I interviewed at NSF (Guelph, ON) in June 2017
Interview
Had a standard screening interview, two calls from recruiter (3d party). About a week later, several e-mails on scheduling on-site interview with HR manager and direct manager for the position. Interview took about an hour, set of basic "past experience" questions/behavioural questions. Received a rejection email on the following day, saying that other candidates qualification matches better to the position needs.
