A single person interview online. Simple questions. Asked 'why do you want this job?' which I answered based on the job description. The interviewer changed the job description after my answer.

Why do you want this job, what are the current trends in your field.
I have completed 2-step interviews: the first with the group director and the second with the research group. In the second step, they asked me to prepare a presentation. Then, I ghosted for several weeks and received the rejection email. I was told I was one of four candidates who made it to the second interview, but they kept me waiting.

About project management, and project funding methodology.
The process is very decent. Fair and transparent, questions were to the point, challenging the exact required skills for the position. People were very knowledgable, friendly, and transparent. I would recommend applying t this university.
