Very comprehensive. They require a complete approval across all interviewers before the job is offered. This is to ensure everyone from a 360 perspective is able to work with the candidate.

The main question they ask is how you would deal with conflict and ambiguity. The reason is obvious once you join as many situations and information is very fluid and unclear.
