All questions posed where in the format of STARS (Situation, Task, Action, Results). Where you provide a situation you encountered and you had to describe the task incurred, the action you took to resolve the issue/conflict and what were the results of the actions you implemented. The inteview was about 1 hour in length with three people on the Skype Interview without video. Each person asked similar questions, but I wasn't asked anything about the job scope much to be honest. I guess my resume spoke on that already. They just wanted to see how I was at handling adversity and accomplishing the goals of the company, in addition to my personality and leadership style. I got a offer via phone call from my recruiter about three to four days later and I accepted the offer on a contract that was not time based.
