NTT Business Process Outsourcing interview questions

First, there was an interview with Human Resources to see if there was a fit. Then, there was an interview with Legal Head and Business. It was general and more of an informal discussion a few situational questions.

Very easy process, interviewer in very accommodating and straight forward with the questions. Questions are mostly related to customer service and sales, also most questions are related to your motivation level regarding the sales
