Interview
I was referred to an HR recruiter via an internal employee due to my financial services industry experience. After an initial phone screen I was called in for an in-person interview with a manager. The interviewer showed up late, left early, and appeared to have not taken even a cursory look at my CV. The interview wrapped with no apparent next-steps and I showed myself out of the office (literally interviewer just took off). Probably four months later I was contacted again by a recruiter and asked to do another phone screen, which I agreed to. Upon requesting some feedback from the prior 1:1, was told that there was none to give. Maybe a week after that I was informed there was no interest and that there would be no further interviews.

HR Call; manager call; director call.
Quite straightforward, they ask some business questions. You need to show your knowledge of the company. Not a hard process. I had calls and in person meetings.

First round was for around 30 minutes and i was asked to write a trigger on Account and Contact , also some apex level questions and Admin level. After that i was got the Manager level call and after that the offer
