Very brief interview. Management was assemblying a new site location and needed people with BSA & AML regulation experience. Because of the nature of building a 100-200 person team, they did not ask detailed interview questions, but instead I had a lot questions for them.

Interview
The actual interview was quick and easy. Recruiters take their sweet time getting back to you though. The recruiter was intense and wasn't able to answer specific questions about holidays, PTO, work-life balance, typical day-to-day work, etc.
