Interview
The interview was five rounds of very informal interviews. The first was a talent acquisition manager. The next three were a mix of a peer, a supervisor, and a vice president. The last was human resources to negotiate the benefits package.

Interview
First met with the HR recruiter, who gave details about why the job was open, high-level about comp and benefits. Interview with hiring manager was conversational, straightforward about job requirements and my capabilities & interests. Additional interviews with a manager in adjacent department, and second-level manager, followed by discussion with HR exec about the shape of the offer. Everyone was open, straightforward, mutually respectful, so while it was detailed, it was not painful or adversarial.

Questions were about my abilities and experiences with reference to the job requirements. Usual q's about strengths and weaknesses/preferences. Nothing unexpected, and all relevant to the role. Also a fun question: 5 words to describe my professional self.
