Horrible. My first impression of the company was my interviewer in another room down the hall screaming at an employee. The entire process was under ten minutes, the interviewer had never seen my resume before the moment he sat down, and he immediately called my degree "useless" after he saw that I didn't have experience. The man interviewing me was the owner of NVE Pharmaceuticals and the aquaculture company American Cobalt. The job description does not match the job described at all. The description is as follows "Aquaculture Technicians perform a variety of tasks relating to daily operations and maintenance of our aquaculture facility in Newton, NJ, water testing, fish handling, grading, system maintenance, data collection, harvesting, etc." The job he described was breeding and early life rearing for small tropical fish as well as crossbreeding. The species he mentioned was never mentioned on the job description or their old facebook page. The american cobalt website is shut down. The only species that is tied to any other mention of the company online is Arapaima gigas and they are not at the facility they are hiring for. Any question I asked was met with a very blunt answer. Additionally if you google the CEOs name, he comes up with a lot of shady business tied to him.
