I only had a phone interview, which didn't last long, but it was efficient. The interviewer asked me questions about my experience and then she told me I would be contacted for next steps after I completed an assessment. The assessment started off with basic questions, then took a turn. The next set of questions were timed and irrelevant to the job. For example, there was a set of 20 questions and for each question, I had to identify which five words were related, and the words were all random. It was a very unique assessment to say the least.

Question 1
What's your experience with scheduling and logistics?
I applied online. I interviewed at NVR (Beltsville, MD) in May 2026
Interview
About a month long process. It was a very easy process. Overall I would recommend them to anybody looking for an entry level position. There were a lot of the basic questions asked and they truly wanted to get to know me.

Question 1
Name a time you had got criticism and how did you respond?
I only got to the phone interview stage, and the interviewer was late to the call. Then proceeded to interview me for a position that I did not apply for. When I asked my questions, that's when she realized she had the wrong job.
