Phone interview discussing my previous positions and how I could add value to the organization. I was asked to prepare a fifteen minute presentation about NW3C to be delivered during my on-site interview. The on-site panel interview consisted of a supervisor and two managers. A few days after the interview an offer was made over the phone by HR.
