Conversational interview process. With the Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing. They didn’t give me the offer there and then but the nonverbal vibes were that I got the job. It took from September when I interviewed to November when I heard back from them with the offer even though I was following up. Orientation started in December.

Interview
I was invited to a job fair and had an interview for the position I was interested in. The interviewer asked me several basic questions that I genuinely enjoyed answering and it took a few minutes. The next day HR called me with an offer!
30 min interview with DON and nursing coordinator. Asked a lot about how I overcame challenges in nursing school and what are my goals as a nurse in the future.
