The process of their interview is the same with other companies. Its start in HR then to the department. the proces is organized. The benefits are explained. The interviewers are all nice.

Applied on website, invited to an invite-only job fair, arrived early (one of the first people there), was one of the first few people called to interview, interviewed for adult medsurg position with a nurse manager. Very typical interview questions. One interviewer. No extreme structure/point system to the interview.

Interview
The initial interview was with the nurse recruiter. The following interview was with several senior nurses on the floor which lasted around an hour. Questions were straightforward and the staff were very welcoming.
