Several-round interview process. The first they have you fill out a sheet, and ask you to come back for a second round. The second round has you speak with a mentor who will describe the company to you. In my experience, it was unpleasant. I had to be rescheduled at least once, and there were so many prospectives that I had to take it outside. Music was too loud in the office, as well. Altogether very sketchy.
