NYOS Charter School interview questions

Panel interview with printed questions they provide you. Questions are pretty standard. Includes teachers on the grade team you’d be joining as well as leadership for that specific role. Everyone was super sweet!

The interview process was very thorough. I went through 3 different interviews. The first was over the phone answering questions with their staff coordinator. The next was a zoom interview with the entire 3rd and 2nd grade team as well as their principal and vice principal.
