I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at NYU Langone Health (New York, NY) in Mar 2017
Interview
My interview experience was very straight forward. I had a phone screening first, then had two back-to-back skype interviews, first with the coordinators and then with the PI/supervisor. It was a really pleasant experience. I haven't heard back yet but since it has been a few weeks, I'm assuming the position was filled by someone else.

Interview
I had three interviews that were brief and engaging. It took a little over 2 months for the whole process. I interviewed with the researcher and then HR and have another interview with the researcher towards the end.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at NYU Langone Health (New York, NY) in July 2023
Interview
Was referred by an employee and promptly interviewed over Zoom, where I was asked if I had any questions about the role (Research Coordinator in Cardiology dept.). After about a month and a half of waiting, I was moved on to the next round for an in-person interview. Extremely incompetent Hiring manager barely asked me any questions and made me do her job. I was ghosted afterwards, as she did not answer the questions in my emails. Very disrespectful, considering I was referred and waited over two months total only to be ghosted. Great hospital system ruined by awful hiring managers.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at NYU Langone Health (New York, NY) in Dec 2022
Interview
It was a 30 minute interview with someone on the research team. She explained the role and the research being conducted more in depth. We talked about my background and how it related to the position.
