Made it to the end with reference checks, only to go about 3 weeks after that of being told by HR a decision was being made. I appreciated the thoroughness of the interview process and getting to know everyone. Seems like a great place to work. I did appreciate the promptness of scheduling each interview. But to go through all that to get ghosted in the end? Demoralizing. I would have thought better of NYU Langone
