I had a phone screening with Human Resources, passed that, and then went on to an in-person interview. Those were fine, but I had to contact HR twice in six weeks, who were not helpful one iota, before eventually talking to the person who interviewed me who told me I did not get the job. Basically, HR needs to get it together.
