Interview
There is the group interview (around 30 people) which includes discussion questions, presentation of a project, and scenario reenactments.
There is also a one on one interview on a different date.
2 round, first group interview and then individual interview. It tests how you prioritize tasks, communicate with others and lead people. Be positive and make good impressions as a leader.
