Interview
The interview process was thorough and low pressure. I enjoyed speaking with their team about future opportunities and potential. Their staff seemed to have a good culture and community in this area of the country. The opportunity for growth seemed positive.
Poor - said the interview was to find a culture fit - which really just meant profiling to make sure you were a religious, straight, white male. Inappropriate personal life questions and no questions about relevant experience.

Comfortable and not as critical as others have been in the past. Nabholz shows respect and fairness. Would recommend to my peers in the same degree field. and continue to purse a career.
