They called me for a technical test. The test was very difficult for a junior, I didn't do well, but after that t I was OK to not pass it. The surprise was that they called me for HR and technical interviews. The HR was suspicious that asked me for details I never thought of. In the technical interview, it was clear that the interviewers were not prepared at all, I think they were just told: "hey, go and make an interview now, and here is the CV" , they just picked my CV and asked random questions, there was a clear confusion between them, however I handled the interview, I did very well, I was clear about most questions. After a week they sent the rejection email and that I'm not qualified enough for the role. I was already OK with the rejection after the technical test. I'm wondering why the called me for another interview if they can't make up their mind by looking at the test results and not wast my time.
