Interview
The interview process was smooth and straight forward. The HR representative was really responsible and responsive. The interview procedure: HR 30 mins phone screen --> Coding challenge --> 1 hour On-site interview with development director and manager, they were really friendly and welcoming. They are just trying to see your thought process and your ability to solve problems.

Got interviewed by two managers asking questions about past projects and experience. What do you know, language, frameworks etc? Any web apps? Few questions to test your knowledge and IQ. Also questioned about skills on resume.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Nakisa (Lahore)
Interview
Two Interviews one technical and second is just chatting. Technical interview was very technical. Everything related to job was asked but don't have to know everything to get hired. Other was just telling you about your responsibility and the workload.
