We do try to create delightful experiences for our clients and prospective employees alike. We put in a lot of thought process into the experiences we create during the hiring process. We are cognizant that they may not produce the same emotions with everybody. It is feedbacks such as yours that make us plug those gaps and chase perfection. We appreciate your observations and intend to learn from those. PS: As far as the process goes, we try not to gauge people's potential from their past experience only. Their current self seems to be a better indicator of it. So, irrespective of their background, articulation, clarity of thought, art of story-telling, grit in character and structured thinking is what we look for. For that, simple constructs/experiences from one's life serve as a good instrument, for reasons of familiarity. We know its a little unusual; pursuit of excellence usually is. It has worked well for us in the past. That said, there are always avenues for us to learn.
