I had first interviewed with the COO of Namocell, who had asked some non-technical questions such as education, job experience, location, career aspiration. The next evening I had interviewed with the CEO, who had asked more technical questions pertaining cell culture experience, my research during graduate school, and gauged my enthusiasm for their technology. My last interview occurred the following day, where I had spoken to the sales manager of that territory, where he was gauging my personality and character. After interviewing with all three I had a gotten an offer letter the following week. I do want to mention that this was an interesting case, as they there were looking for someone to fill the position as soon as possible.
