The technical questions covering required skills is provided in hardcopy by department heads and each applicant answers the questions. Then for the applicants with good scores, HR will contact them and sets another interview with HR, Engineering Manager and department manager all together. Then after some general questions if the applicant is admitted, then negotiation on salary will be started and if agreement reached, after some days contract is ready for signature and co-operation is started.
