The manager asked how much experience I have had in the kitchen and customer services; what visa I was holding; what I know about Nandos; of course, my availability to work.

Phone call interview first then got booked for a trial shift. Very friendly and was a great introduction to the kitchen and a thorough discussion on the training i’d go through. Manager very nice.

They made us do team activities within an empty restaurant, such as carrying ping pong balls on a tray. Fun memories if you look back but could be stressful for students :)
