It was a group interview and they just asked basic questions like my schedule, form of transportation, how would I handle complaint, how do I manage stress, and how do I handle a difficult customer.

was fun, everyone introduced themselves and then the managers explained what the job involved and then we did some group activities like a mystery. After that, we did a one on one interview with one of the managers.

was those mass interview days, way too many people and they didn’t ask any specific questions- they got me to fill out a piece of paper w my details and that’s it
