The recruitment process was relatively succinct and efficient. Each interview was lined up immediately upon being shortlisted in each round. The recruiter and hiring manager was very transparent in sharing the challenges, which i really appreciated. However, their one major flaw is their Csuite. The role was re-scooped apparently due to the indecisiveness of their management team. One would think such decision(s) are made ahead of time prior to advertising for the role across multiple platforms and getting the candidates to travel down to the office for the interviews. This says alot about the management of the company holistically.
