Naples Hotel Group interview questions

I first met with the assistant general manager, who did not ask any questions and who also confirmed a fixed 3 pm to 11 pm shift. After passing background and drug screenings, I spoke with the general manager, who then said all staff must rotate weekly between morning and evening shifts, contradicting the earlier promise and leaving me without a clear answer. No further correspondence occurred after this point.
