Very brief interview (Three questions) before I was told to come in for an 'observation' day. This was followed by a 'training' day. I asked a number of times whether they were going to actually hire me or pay me during this training, but they insisted they were just getting the paperwork ready and I'd start the next week. Finally got a text 9:30pm on the Sunday before they would finally give me paperwork to say they were hiring someone else.
