Interview
Competency based interview questions were quite typical. You were given time to think of your answer and then record it. The questions focussed on your personal experiences and in what ways you were able to "convince" a group of people to listen to you and an idea you had.

Have no idea how the situational test assessed. Numerical test is not hard, but time is too strict to complete every question. So far, no feedback after the video interview.
