I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Natilik in June 2026
Interview
Had an inital first conversation with Freya. She gave me a great first impression of Natilik. Very friendly and professional, made me feel comfortable.
Process seems very straight forward and I felt like I had the opportunity to understand why Natilik would have been right for me.

Question 1
Have you got any long term career goals that align with the role you’ve applied for
I applied online. I interviewed at Natilik in June 2026
Interview
A shambolic and disrespectful recruitment process from start to finish.
The first interview started 25 minutes late and was then cut off halfway through due to “technical issues.” I only received a call back 25 minutes later. The second interview was booked, I received the meeting link, and nobody joined because the interviewer apparently had not even been told it had been scheduled. I had to email to ask what was happening.
The process then dragged on for two months, with weeks of silence between stages. Two weeks after my third-stage interview, while I was still waiting for feedback, I saw that they had started promoting the same role on LinkedIn as a sponsored advert.
That made the whole process feel even more disrespectful. If they were unsure about my profile, they should have said so much earlier instead of keeping me waiting while actively trying to attract more candidates.
This was not simply an HR issue. It reflected poor organisation and decision-making across the hiring process, including the hiring manager and interview panel.
The rejection was not the problem. Wasting two months of a candidate’s time was.
For a company that promotes itself as a great place to work, this experience suggested the exact opposite.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Natilik (London, England) in July 2024
Interview
I had a couple of 1 on 1 interviews which felt sociable and informal, followed by a panel presentation to 6 senior leaders. It's clear they clearly like to know what makes you tick rather than what text book answers you've learnt to standard questions.

Question 1
You seem to have changed role a lot in your last company. I'm worried you'll get restless and be seeking the next challenge.
