Awesome interview process! Amazing people that are very excited about the world of engineering and how they can immerse you into it. Very laid back environment. Would highly recommend for any new engineer.

The interview consisted of a phone call that lasted about an hour and a half. Most of the questions were not typical questions you’d get about your resume or schooling. They were typically about how you would handle situations that pertain to the job description. There’s no way to know the correct answer, they were just trying to see your thinking process. The next step was a tour on base where you meet a couple of the teams and see if you like it. Very exciting place with some of the most interesting test areas to work on. Not your typical job. I highly recommend applying to a position here.
