phone call with director and others. Process was easy but what left a bad taste in my mouth was the fact that It was been weeks and there was no response to follow up and no notification. Obviously I am not moving on but telling me is very legal and is professional.

I applied on the company's website and followed up with an email to the staffing director a day later. A week later I received a call from the staffing director to schedule a phone interview with herself and a VP. After the phone interview I was called two days later for a Skype interview with a panel of four. Was told a decision would be made within two weeks. Didn't receive a call or email of my status, so obviously I was selected.
