Interview
Started with a phone interview, then met face to face. Had 3 different people in the interview, with a good atmosphere, and friendly staff.
The phone interview went in depth with my background knowledge, and the in-person was more application based questions. They also asked about my hobbies, and created an inviting atmosphere.
