I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at National Bankruptcy Services (Addison, TX) in Sept 2016
Interview
Check in with the front desk. They then take you to a room which is all glass to do an assessment. You can see everyone walking by. The assessment is very easy which is a plus. After the assessment you return to the front desk to wait for the hiring manager to interview you.

Question 1
Previous job experience as a Bankruptcy Specialist.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at National Bankruptcy Services (Dallas, TX) in Jan 2020
Interview
Awkward and brief. The interviewer only asked me 2 questions prior to the 2nd interviewer coming into the room. Once he entered she told him she was done with the interview questions. She later told the recruiter I was uninterested in the job but did not give me a proper interview, nor did we get into the interview questionnaire. Felt like she pre-judged me based off of my appearance. Even the recruiter felt the 1 question she asked was strange.

Question 1
Have I been on any other interviews since I’ve been laid off.
I applied online. I interviewed at National Bankruptcy Services in June 2015
Interview
They asked the main questions during an interview process. Where do you see yourself in 3 years, your strengths/weaknesses, and challenges you've been faced with? The supervisor asked me what knowledge I had of the company and I pretty much recited what I had read off the interview. The supervisor then accused me of not having did any research on the company. I stood my ground and then the supervisor softened up for the remainder of the interview. I was offered a job the following week.
