Initially this was a positive experience but quickly turned into one of the worst interview experiences I've ever had. Before an absolute collapse in communication there was a phone screen, interview with the hiring lead and then a panel session. I followed up after every interview thanking each person for their time and never received one response. I understand this is sometimes and unfortunately the norm but even one brief/generic response would have been nice, even just to know that my emails were being received. After the panel session, I was ghosted by the recruiter despite several follow-ups. For a company that is promoting mental health, to treat your candidate like this, is extremely shocking and disheartening. If you apply here, be prepared to go through several rounds and then never hear from them again. Whether they hired internally or went with another candidate, all they have to do is communicate. This is how The National Council for MENTAL WELLBEING runs their hiring operations... wow.
