Over the phone screening first with a recruiter, in person interview with a manager, offered on the spot and spent about 30 minutes doing first set of paperwork, federal background check, 5 panel drug screen (urinalysis), fingerprints, 7 year background clearance (few hours at the location), wait almost 2 weeks for class to start

Interview
They first sent me an assessment. I got that done and then i received a call from the recruiter i presume. I was asked a couple of questions and then i was scheduled for an in person interview for the following day. I went there in the morning, i was interviewed and the man who interviewed told me i would hear back monday. That was a friday.
